Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet production targets and quality standards.

• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with manufacturing specifications.

• Manage raw material inventory, procurement and stock levels.

• Coordinate machinery maintenance to ensure smooth production operations.

• Improve production efficiency, reduce material waste and control costs.

• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with relevant regulations.

• Supervise, train and manage production staff.

• Troubleshoot production issues and minimise operational downtime.

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience in manufacturing or production operations.

• Experience in woodworking, timber processing or related manufacturing industries is preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Able to manage production schedules and work effectively with different teams.
