We are looking for a curious, analytical, and proactive intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience across business strategy, market research, commercial development, and operations.

This is a cross-functional opportunity designed to give you exposure to different areas of the organisation rather than limiting you to one specific department. You will work alongside various teams on projects that involve research, data analysis, business planning, and execution, giving you a broader understanding of how business decisions are developed and implemented.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the internship, you may be involved in:

• Conducting research and collecting information from industry reports, market data, internal sources, and other relevant materials.
• Analysing data and business information to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Supporting the preparation of management reports, presentations, dashboards, business proposals, and other decision-making materials.
• Assisting with strategic and commercial projects by evaluating business opportunities and developing data-driven recommendations.
• Supporting business development initiatives, including market outreach, lead generation, digital marketing, and brand-building activities.
• Reviewing campaign performance and key metrics to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Researching financial markets, macroeconomic developments, investment themes, industries, and emerging market trends.
• Translating research findings into concise market updates, reports, educational content, and internal knowledge resources.
• Contributing to projects related to business expansion, operational efficiency, financial services, and professional training programmes.
• Coordinating assigned projects, managing timelines, and working with stakeholders across different functions to deliver agreed outcomes.
