Salary Range: RM 6,000 - RM 8,000

Location : Sentul, KL (Kampung Batu MRT)

Work Mode : Onsite | Mon - Fri ( 9am - 6pm)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Executive to lead the accounting team and oversee service delivery for a portfolio of SME. The role involves managing client relationships, reviewing accounting matters, ensuring service quality, and developing the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end accounting services for the assigned client portfolio
• Experience in handle Full set account is an advantages
• Review complex accounting matters and provide technical guidance to the team
• Manage key client relationships, including enquiries, escalations, and business discussion
• Coach, mentor, and develop accounting team members
• Ensure accounting practices comply with relevant accounting standards and company policies
• Monitor department performance and provide regular updates to senior management

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax or a related field
• ACCA, CIMA, MIA, or equivalent professional qualification is added advantages
• At least 3-5 years' relevant experience, as well as team management
• Experience managing SME industry client portfolios
• Management Services / accounting firm background preferred
• Strong leadership, client management, and problem-solving skills
• Junior / Fresh graduated are welcome to apply as we have opening for junior role
