Job Requirement:

• Coordinate and maintain departmental budget planning, forecasting, monitoring, cost optimization and performance analysis to ensure effective financial control and achievement of departmental targets.
• Manage manpower planning, headcount administration, forecasting and workforce utilization, including periodic reporting and recruitment coordination.
• Manage and maintain departmental assets, submaterials, jigs, tools and equipment, including availability, maintenance, repair and calibration activities.
• Support the Assistant Manager in planning, execution and monitoring of departmental operations.
• Supervise and guide team members to ensure effective operation and target achievement.
• Review departmental documents and reports prior to submission.
• Lead section improvement initiatives in QCDSM, departmental and cross-functional improvement initiatives, including process, policy and operational enhancement activities.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and RBA requirements through effective system implementation, maintenance, audit participation, continuous monitoring and departmental process audits.
• Review and recommend section's job roles, departmental procedure and policy improvements.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment in compliance with the company's 5S policy.
• Manage departmental reward implementation and Employee Self-Service (ESS) governance.
• Act on behalf of Assistant Manager when assigned.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.

Qualification/Experience/Skill:

• Candidate must possess at least degree in electrical/ mechanical/ manufacturing or equivalent
• Preferably with more than 2 years experience in manufacturing environment, with exposure to budgeting, cost control, manpower and resources planning, or operational support functions.
• Good communication, problem solving and leadership skills. Highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Good verbal and communication skill in English and added advantage if can converse in Japanese.

Pay: RM5,300.00 - RM7,200.00 per month
