Senior Network Engineer

Location: Onsite in Petaling Jaya

Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure across data center, branch, and cloud environments. The role involves managing routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, wireless networks, load balancers, and AWS connectivity while ensuring high availability, security, and performance.

Key Skills:

• Cisco Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
• LAN/WAN, MPLS, SD-WAN, WLAN
• Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, Firepower
• VPN, IDS/IPS, Network Security
• F5 BIG-IP / NetScaler Load Balancers
• AWS Networking (VPC, VPN, Transit Gateway, Route 53)
• Cisco Nexus, Catalyst, Meraki
• Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 5-8+ years of enterprise network engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking and firewalls
• Experience supporting data center and cloud connectivity
• CCNP, PCNSE, NSE, AWS Networking certifications are an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure
• Support network security, firewall, and VPN solutions
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and perform root cause analysis
• Work closely with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams
• Participate in upgrades, migrations, and technology improvement initiatives.
