Job Description:

1. Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, relations, payroll administration and offboarding.

2. Career Development & Competency: Identify training needs, coordiante development programmes, evaluate effectiveness and support employee career progression.

3. Employee Benefits & Welfare: Analyse benchmark industry practices, recommend improvements and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and long-term retention.

4. Workplace Efficiency: Foster a positive and supportive workplace culture, strengthen collaboration across departments and improve office facilities while ensuring cost efficiency.

5. Corporate Support & Business Operations: Support corporate administration, compliance & governance, align business activities with available resources & strategic objectives, and facilitate regional business coordination.

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor' degree in human resource management or a related field, with a minimum CGPA of 3.50.

2. Fresh graduates with strong critical thinking skills and a genuine interest in people are highly encouraged to apply.

3. Strong persuasion and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and convincing to stakeholders.

4. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and a proactive approach to responsibilities.

5. Possess own transportation and be willing to travel for business purposes as required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
