Tobias Kibbles is looking for a motivated and responsible Admin Intern to join our team!

This is an excellent opportunity for students, fresh graduates, or individuals looking to gain practical experience in administration, customer service, and daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer enquiries, bookings, and follow-ups.

* Assist with daily administrative duties and record-keeping.

* Coordinate grooming appointments and cat hotel reservations.

* Prepare grooming reports and maintain accurate records.

* Assist with order processing, packing, and inventory tracking.

* Consolidate daily sales reports.

* Support livestream selling and other operational activities when required.

Requirements:

* Good communication and organisational skills.

* Responsible, proactive, and attentive to detail.

* Able to multitask and work independently.

* Comfortable interacting with customers.

* Interest in the pet care industry is an advantage.

* Willingness to learn and take initiative.

Job Details:

* Position: Admin Intern

* Location: Sembawang, Singapore

* Duration: 3-month contract

* Working Days: 5.5 days per week

* Monthly Allowance: S$800–S$1,000, depending on experience and suitability
