DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• The primary objective is to assist the Restaurant Manager to train staff members and develop the skills and ability of these members of staff (F&B) to handle guest situations properly and in an efficient and courteous manner in accordance with the Concorde Policies and Procedures.

• Controls the direction and implementation of our training system to optimize the security and improvement of Human Resources.

• Acts in the capacity of a trouble shooter to the guest, thereby continually working towards the improvement of guest contact and guest satisfaction.

• Assists the Restaurant Manager to ensures the continuity of high standards of food presentation and food services throughout the hotel.

• Maximum care is given to the maintenance of the physical assets in order to keep them in the best functional conditions.

• Assists the Restaurant Manager in directing and supervising all service staff, evaluates, motivates and makes suggestions to develop them.
