Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and qualified

Technical Manager – Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)

to lead our inspection and quality assurance operations. The ideal candidate must hold valid

PCN (Personnel Certification in Non-Destructive Testing) Level II / Level III

certifications and have a strong technical background in managing NDT personnel, compliance, and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Operations: Manage day-to-day NDT inspection activities, coordinate with QA/QC teams, and oversee technical reports.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure all testing procedures comply with international codes, client QAPs (Quality Assurance Plans), and safety standards.
• Team Supervision: Guide, mentor, and evaluate NDT technicians and Level II/III inspectors.
• Procedure Development: Review, approve, and implement NDT techniques, work instructions, and testing parameters.
• Client & Audit Coordination: Handle client interactions, third-party inspection agencies, and internal/external quality audits

Mandatory Requirements

• Certification: Must hold a valid PCN Certification (Specify methods required, e.g., UT, MT, PT, RT, PAUT/TOFD).
• Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of [X] years of hands-on NDT experience in heavy engineering, fabrication, oil & gas, or manufacturing.
• Skills: Strong analytical mindset, report interpretation capabilities, leadership skills, and familiarity with codes (ASME, ISO, ASTM, etc.)
