Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Factory Manager to oversee and manage our daily factory operations. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, extensive manufacturing experience, and the ability to ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily factory operations and production activities.
• Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules to meet company targets.
• Ensure production efficiency, product quality, and timely delivery.
• Manage and lead factory staff, supervisors, and production teams.
• Monitor production costs, manpower, and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• Identify operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with other departments to achieve overall business objectives.
• Prepare and monitor production reports and operational performance.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of working experience in manufacturing or factory operations.
• Proven experience in a managerial or senior leadership position within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of production planning, factory operations, and process improvement.
• Ability to manage manpower, production targets, and operational costs effectively.
• Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
