Minimum 1 year of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry.

Possess good knowledge of construction methods, materials, project specifications, and safety regulations in Malaysia.

Able to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and technical specifications.

Good leadership, communication, and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate workers and subcontractors.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to monitor project schedules and progress.

Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel to different construction sites when required. CIDB certification or relevant qualifications will be an added advantage.

Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities to ensure all work is completed according to project specifications and timelines.

Manage and coordinate construction workers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction quality and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and resource allocation, and provide regular updates to management.

Identify and resolve on-site issues, coordinate material deliveries, and maintain accurate records of site activities.

Liaise with clients, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution.
