About the Role

We are hiring an Acquisition Manager to own and scale our alternative growth engine. This role is designed for a performance-driven marketer who thrives outside standard ad networks. If you excel at creator ecosystems, viral mechanics, and high-velocity experimentation, you will have full autonomy, budget control, and direct access to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Design and scale non-traditional funnels across creator networks, short-form video, and community platforms.

Recruit and manage a regional network of creators and affiliates under performance-based commercial models.

Optimize end-to-end conversion flows to lower acquisition costs and maximize user lifetime value.

Implement robust tracking and attribution to protect budgets and measure traffic quality accurately.

Experiment with new acquisition mechanics and emerging platform trends across Southeast Asia.

Must Have
