At Guzman y Gomez (GYG), we’re all about fresh food, bold flavours and bringing people together. As a Permanent Part-Time Shift Leader, you’ll lead the crew, keep service running smoothly and make sure every guest has a great experience.

What’s the role about?

• Lead and support the crew to deliver friendly, efficient service
• Keep restaurant operations running smoothly during each shift
• Maintain high standards of food safety, food quality and cleanliness
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally
• Take charge of restaurant operations when the Manager on Duty is away

What we’re looking for

• Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
• A customer-focused mindset and a willingness to take initiative.

Working Requirements

• Minimum 25 hours per week
• At least 3 working days per week
