The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise, artistic creativity and leadership skills, with a passion for hair, fashion and the latest industry trends.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the salon's creative direction, signature styles and overall brand image.
Deliver exceptional hair consultations, perming, colouring and styling services.
Stay ahead of the latest hair, fashion and beauty trends.
Lead creative projects, photoshoots and social media content.
Mentor and train stylists to enhance their technical skills and creativity.
Maintain high standards of service quality and client experience.
Introduce new techniques, ideas and services to drive salon growth.
Inspire the team and foster a creative, professional working environment.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of professional hairstyling experience.
Strong expertise in perming, colouring and styling.
Proven creative ability and an eye for detail.
Leadership, mentoring and team development experience.
Good communication and client consultation skills.
Passion for creativity, innovation and continuous learning.
A strong portfolio of hairstyling work.
