Manpower Singapore Hiring! Full Time People - Culture Systems Implementation Lead (PMO) | Contract in - Ricebowl

We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Systems Implementation/PMO Lead to manage and coordinate HR systems implementation and related transformation activities. The role will focus on project delivery, stakeholder coordination and ensuring a smooth transition to new systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the implementation of People & Culture systems and related processes.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Work closely with HR, IT, vendors and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
• Coordinate system testing, data migration, user acceptance testing and deployment activities.
• Identify project risks, dependencies and issues, and drive timely resolution.
• Support user training, communications and transition to new systems.
• Provide regular project updates and progress reporting to management.

Job Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in HR systems implementation, project management or PMO roles.
• Proven experience managing HR technology implementation or transformation projects.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of HR processes and systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in financial services or insurance is highly desirable.
