Location: Menara Sentral RAC, Kuala Lumpur — Fully Onsite
Employment Type: 12-Month Contract (Independent Contractor; Renewable Annually)
Working Hours: Normal office hours, 5 days/week
Salary: RM4,000 – RM6,000/month

We are looking for an AI Developer with hands-on experience developing ChatGPT-powered solutions and voice bots. You will help build, integrate, test, and deploy AI-powered systems, including conversational agents and intelligent knowledge platforms, while working closely with business, data, and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance ChatGPT-powered applications, chatbots, and voice bots.
• Assess AI solutions and support system architecture and infrastructure planning.
• Set up and support development, production, and disaster recovery environments.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and data platforms.
• Work with business analysts, project teams, and data engineers to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Conduct system testing, performance testing, and security testing.
• Prepare technical documentation and support AI compliance requirements.
• Monitor system performance, scalability, and reliability.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing ChatGPT-powered solutions and voice bots.
• Experience in AI/ML development and conversational AI systems.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and enterprise system integration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or MLOps is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Working Requirements

• Fully onsite at Menara Sentral RAC, Kuala Lumpur.
• Independent contractor arrangement; EPF and SOCSO contributions are self-managed.
• Able to work with cross-functional teams on AI development, integration, testing, and deployment.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
