• Location: Greenwich Drive

• Salary: Up to $3,000 basic + $15 night shift allowance + overtime pay + variable bonus

• Working Days: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm / 8:30pm–5:30am (Monthly rotation)

• Industry: Packaging / Warehousing / Logistics

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify shipping and related documents.

• Verify customers’ shipping requirements and shipment modes.

• Ensure sales orders are issued and billing is completed accurately and on time, with all required supporting documents updated in the ERP system.

• Update shipment information in Excel and communicate relevant details to the Operations team.

• Match packing documents against the Shipment Management System (SMS).

• Perform ERP transactions, including purchase requests, goods receipts and stock transfers.

• Conduct weekly and monthly cycle count validations and update stock records in the ERP system.

• Communicate with customers via email, Microsoft Teams and phone to meet their requirements.

• Coordinate with various internal teams to fulfil customer orders.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors or managers.

Requirements

• Nitec or above.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.

• At least 1 year of experience in a warehousing environment.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Willing to commit to overtime on weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
