LIVE HOST (TikTok Shop & Shopee Live)

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and sales-driven Live Host to host livestream sessions on TikTok Shop and Shopee Live. The successful candidate will be responsible for presenting and demonstrating products, engaging with viewers, answering product enquiries, and driving sales through interactive and effective livestream sessions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Live Hosting & Product Presentation

• Host regular livestream sessions on TikTok Shop and Shopee according to the assigned schedule.
• Present and demonstrate beauty, hair care, and personal care products clearly and confidently.
• Explain product features, benefits, usage instructions, prices, and ongoing promotions accurately.
• Create an engaging and interactive livestream experience to attract and retain viewers.

2. Audience Engagement & Sales

• Interact with viewers in real time and respond to questions and comments professionally.
• Encourage purchases by highlighting product benefits, promotions, vouchers, and suitable product recommendations.
• Handle customer objections and product enquiries confidently.
• Work towards assigned livestream sales targets and conversion goals.

3. Preparation & Team Collaboration

• Study product knowledge, campaign briefs, promotional offers, and livestream scripts before each session.
• Work closely with the Marketing and E-Commerce teams to plan and improve livestream activities.
• Provide feedback and suggest creative ideas to improve audience engagement and sales performance.
• Assist with basic livestream preparation and product arrangement.

4. Performance Monitoring

• Monitor livestream performance, including views, viewer engagement, orders, and sales.
• Review performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Follow the assigned livestream schedule and maintain consistent performance.

5. Compliance & Brand Representation

• Ensure product information and promotional claims are accurate and consistent with approved company information.
• Follow TikTok Shop and Shopee platform guidelines, company policies, and brand standards.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and presentable appearance while representing the company.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in live hosting, live selling, retail sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with TikTok Shop LIVE or Shopee Live is an advantage.
• Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking in front of a camera for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Malaysia; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong product presentation, persuasion, and customer engagement skills.
• Interested in beauty, hair care, personal care products, and social commerce.
• Sales-oriented, proactive, disciplined, and able to work towards targets.
• Willing to work according to livestream schedules, including evenings, weekends, or public holidays when required.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Achievement of assigned livestream sales targets.
• Number of orders and sales revenue generated during livestreams.
• Viewer engagement and average watch time.
• Product presentation quality and accuracy.
• Consistency in attending and conducting scheduled livestream sessions.
• Improvement in livestream performance and conversion rates.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience hosting TikTok Shop or Shopee Live sessions.
• Experience selling beauty, hair care, skincare, or personal care products.
• Ability to demonstrate products naturally and explain their benefits clearly.
• A portfolio or recording of previous livestream sessions is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
