You’ll work with brands across baby care, healthcare, education, FMCG and lifestyle, helping them connect with parents and families through exhibitions, sponsorships, digital advertising and brand activations.

Mummys Market is an established parenting and family platform in Singapore. We connect brands with parents through exhibitions, events, digital channels and community engagement.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys starting conversations, understands what businesses want to achieve and can turn opportunities into partnerships.

What you’ll do

• Identify and approach potential brand partners across relevant industries.
• Generate your own opportunities through prospecting, cold calls, email, networking and referrals.
• Connect with decision-makers, understand their business objectives and recommend suitable opportunities.
• Follow up on incoming enquiries and convert opportunities into sales.
• Manage the sales process from first contact through proposals, negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain an active sales pipeline and work towards clear targets.
• Work with internal teams to communicate client requirements and support delivery.
• Keep up with market trends, competitor activity and brand developments to identify new opportunities.

What we’re looking for

• Around 1–4 years of experience in business development, B2B sales or a commercial role involving prospecting and closing. Your appointment level will reflect your experience and track record.
• Confidence approaching new prospects and speaking with decision-makers.
• A proactive approach to finding opportunities, following up and winning business.
• Strong listening, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Commercial thinking: you can connect a client’s goals to a relevant proposal.
• Resilience, ownership and a willingness to learn.
• Experience in exhibitions, events, advertising, media, sponsorship, FMCG or retail is an advantage, but not essential.

At-target annual earnings: S$72,000–S$78,000 (Uncapped Commission)
