We are looking for ambitious, outgoing and results-driven individuals who are passionate about sales and interested in building a career in retail management.

As an Assistant Retail Sales Manager, you will play an active role in driving store sales while working closely with the Store Manager to develop your skills in retail operations, team management and leadership.

What We Offer:

• Basic Salary: RM4,000 – RM5,500, depending on experience and sales track record.

• Attractive Sales Commission+RM300 Monthly Incentive (Meal / Transport / Attendance).

Salary Consideration:

• From RM4,000 for candidates with strong sales drive, ambition and leadership potential.

• RM4,500 – RM5,500 for candidates with proven personal sales achievements and relevant experience.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / O-Level qualification.

• Diploma or Degree in Retail Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Science, Sports Management, Physiotherapy or other related fields is an added advantage.

• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service or supervisory roles is an advantage.

• Strong interest in health, wellness, sports or sales-related industries.

Working Locations:

• Pavilion KL/ 1 Utama/ Mid Valley Boulevard KL/ Bukit Indah JB

Working Requirements:

• 5–6 days per week, based on shift schedules.

• Minimum 48 working hours per week.

• Must be willing to work weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Performance & Customer Engagement

• Drive personal sales and contribute towards achieving monthly store sales targets.

• Proactively approach customers, initiate conversations and identify sales opportunities.

• Conduct product demonstrations and explain Phiten products and technology to customers.

• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products to improve their health and well-being.

2. Leadership Development & Team Support

• Work closely with the Store Manager to learn retail leadership and team management.

• Assist in guiding and supporting Sales Advisors in their daily activities.

• Share product knowledge and effective selling techniques with team members.

• Gradually develop the ability to lead, motivate and coach the sales team.

3. Retail Operations & Store Management

• Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations.

• Support inventory management, stock replenishment, merchandising and cashier duties.

• Maintain store cleanliness, product presentation and operational standards.

• Assist with staff coordination, attendance monitoring and administrative duties.

• Take on additional management responsibilities as skills and experience develop.

Career Progression:

Assistant Retail Sales Manager → Retail Store Manager → Senior / Flagship Store Manager → Retail Operations Manager.
