Leighton Asia Hiring! Full Time BIM Modeler (Electrical or Mechanical) in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models using Revit and other BIM software.
• Produce construction drawings, shop drawings, CSDs, and ISDs.
• Perform clash detection and model coordination.
• Review and update models based on project requirements and stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project BIM Execution Plans (BEP).

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of BIM modelling/drafting experience.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Experience in BIM coordination, clash analysis, and construction documentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Important: This position is strictly for Electrical BIM Modellers and Mechanical BIM Modellers. Applications from other BIM disciplines (Civil, Architecture, etc.) will not be considered.
