Hiring: Sales Interior Designer

Full Commission · Independent Role · No Basic Salary

We are looking for passionate, driven, and design-minded individuals to join our interior design team as Sales Interior Designers.

Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Interior Designer, you will manage the full cycle of client engagement and project delivery, including:

• Meeting and communicating with clients
• Understanding requirements and proposing design concepts
• Preparing proposals, space planning, and material selections
• Creating quotations and budget estimates
• Managing and coordinating renovation projects until completion
• Maintaining client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
• This is a Full Commission, Independent Sales role

Commission Structure

This position is strictly Full Commission with no basic salary.
Ideal for self-motivated individuals who want flexibility, independence, and high earning potential.

Each designer manages their own clients and projects, and income is based on commission earned.
