What you do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: support recruitment administration, candidate screening, offer management, and end-to-end onboarding activities

• Employee Lifecycle Management: assist with employee movements, work pass administration, and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience

• Compliance & Governance: support adherence to employment regulations, employee screening protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies

• HR Data & Records Management: maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and data integrity across HR systems

• Stakeholder Support: provide timely and professional support to candidates, employees, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and external stakeholders

• Service Excellence & Process Improvement: identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and contribute to initiatives that improve operational efficiency and employee experience

Ad-hoc Tasks: provide support on other HR operations projects and tasks as assigned

Within People Operations and Digital HR, you'll be part of the Employee Services team, which plays a critical role in delivering efficient, compliant, and employee-centric HR services. You'll work alongside experienced HR professionals and gain exposure to a broad range of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes that support the bank's workforce.
