Key responsibilities

• Design and develop automated systems and solutions tailored to manufacturing processes and operational requirements
• Create detailed technical drawings, schematics, and documentation using CAD software and automation design tools
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed automation projects
• Integrate mechanical components, pneumatic systems, electrical controls, and sensors to achieve optimal automation functionality
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and validation of automated systems to ensure they meet performance specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and maintenance departments
• Provide technical support and training to operational staff on automated equipment
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of automation systems, procedures, and maintenance records

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Candidates with up to 5 years of experience in automation, mechanical systems, or related fields (Engineer level)
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent tools
• Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, electrical controls, and PLC programming
• Knowledge of automation principles, industrial robotics, and control systems
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and communicate technical information clearly
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
