Job Responsibilities
Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens and replenishing amenities.
Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, corridors and restrooms.
Replenish towels, toiletries, linens and other housekeeping supplies.
Assist with laundry duties, including collection and delivery of guest laundry and handling of soiled/clean linens.
Attend to guest requests courteously and professionally.
Properly use and maintain housekeeping equipment and cleaning tools.
Identify and report defects, damages, maintenance issues and lost-and-found items.
Maintain guest privacy, security and confidentiality at all times.
Follow workplace safety, hygiene and housekeeping procedures.
Provide shift updates to the Housekeeping Supervisor and work closely with the housekeeping team.
Requirements
No prior experience required; housekeeping or similar experience is an advantage.
Physically fit and able to perform manual duties and stand for extended periods.
Good attention to detail and time management.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
