Job Summary

Lead site coordination across Structural, Architectural, and M&E disciplines, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while monitoring progress and maintaining documentation to ISO standards.

Responsibilities

Coordinate site activities across Structural, Architectural, and M&E disciplines to ensure smooth project execution

Participate actively in site coordination and safety meetings with the main contractor to align project goals and safety compliance

Prepare detailed inspection forms, Requests for Information (RFI), and Requests for Approval (RFA) to support project documentation and approvals

Organize and maintain project documents in compliance with ISO standards to ensure audit readiness and traceability

Monitor construction work progress and deliver weekly progress reports to the director to inform decision-making

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support project and site management needs
