Responsibilities
In this role, you will enable sales force effectiveness through robust analytics, incentive governance and performance insights, ensuring sales force investments and performance mechanisms are accurately managed and aligned with commercial priorities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective and accurate administration of the Sales Force Incentive Scheme (SFIS).
- Ensure accurate and effective translation and allocation of sales targets.
- Provide timely insights on sales force performance and effectiveness.
- Safeguard the integrity, fairness and compliance of incentive processes
- Ensure disciplined management and utilisation of the annual SFIS budget.
- Support data-driven improvement of sales force productivity and effectiveness
Key Criteria:
- Minimum undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of sales analysis or relevant work experience, FMCG industry experience is an added advantage.
- Demonstrates strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of business drivers
- Possesses advanced analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Thinks strategically and contributes to long-term business objectives
- Maintains strong financial discipline and a governance-focused mindset
- Collaborates effectively as a team player across functions and stakeholders
- Shows initiative, innovation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Customer-focused, with a commitment to continuous personal and professional development
