Responsibilities
"Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Connecting with onsite SG public sector resources, manage 'regular interactions, attritions, customer escalations and seeking regular customer feedback'
work on customer feedback towards improvement areas. Be an onsite delivery face for Virtusa.
meet customer frequently and build relationship with existing customer stakeholders
assess resource performance and build delivery specific view with all the onsite resources
understand deliverable, resource capabilities, customer expectations and ensure outcomes are delivered well
Regularly Meet customer stakeholders and Virtusa team working onsite in terms of reviews, performance assessment, and renewals.
Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular project updates.
Oversee resource allocation and team performance, fostering a collaborative environment.
Implement best practices in Delivery Management to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Mandatory Skills
Strong expertise in Delivery Management, financial management.
Proven experience in managing large-scale projects across various industries.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
Familiarity with project management tools and software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
