Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience:
• 3–5+ years of proven experience in B2B/B2C sales.
• 1–3+ years of experience in a sales leadership or management role.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving mindset with data-driven decision-making.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
