About Satire Singapore

At Satire Singapore, we don’t just execute events—we curate compelling stories, design immersive experiences, and connect communities long after the house lights dim. From high-energy street festivals and brand activations to corporate showcases and pop-up experiences, our team is the driving force behind the scenes turning bold concepts into reality.

We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Executive / Senior Executive, Events who combines creative vision, operational agility, and structured project delivery. Title and exact scope will be commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pitch & Strategy Leadership: Lead or collaborate on end-to-end creative proposals, pitch decks, and commercial tenders for upcoming events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
  • Client Servicing & Account Management: Serve as a direct liaison and trusted partner for clients—managing expectations, presenting creative strategies, setting clear timelines, and nurturing long-term account relationships.
  • End-to-End Project Ownership: Architect project master schedules, streamline resource allocation, and drive execution across all phases—from initial brief intake to post-event evaluation and reporting.
  • Cross-Functional & Production Synergy: Direct and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, working in sync with internal designers, spatial fabricators, production crews, and venue operators to turn visual concepts into physical builds.
  • Vendor & Budget Governance: Negotiate supplier terms, manage project budgets to safeguard margins, oversee financial reporting, and secure required regulatory approvals, permits, and licenses.
  • On-Ground Operations Command: Lead on-site execution for live events—managing setups, directing sub-contractors and ground crews, troubleshooting real-time contingencies under pressure, and ensuring flawless delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience:
  • Executive: Fresh graduates with relevant diploma/degree qualifications, internship experience, and exceptional drive/adaptability are welcome to apply.
  • Senior Executive: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on project management and client-facing experience in Events, MICE, Trade Exhibitions, or Brand Activations.
  • Client & Presentation Skills: Solid communication abilities with a track record or demonstrated capacity for crafting winning proposal decks and presenting to corporate decision-makers.
  • Project & Technical Aptitude: Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder live events with an understanding of (or keen interest in learning) technical production, spatial fabrication, and supplier management.
  • Commercial & Mindset Acumen: Strong proficiency in budget tracking, proactive problem-solving, operational resilience, and high attention to detail.
  • Software Skills: Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace and presentation tools (Keynote, PowerPoint, Canva). Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) is a strong advantage.

What We Offer

  • High-Visibility Portfolio: Take ownership of diverse projects ranging from intimate corporate galas and immersive brand pop-ups to major public activations and street festivals.
  • Career Elevation & Ownership: Direct accountability for key client accounts, pitch strategies, and overall production execution with clear pathways for growth.
  • Dynamic Culture: Join a passionate, high-performing team that balances rigorous professional execution with an energetic, collaborative spirit.
