Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager to manage end-to-end technology projects involving applications, infrastructure, vendors, cloud platforms, and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, risks, and delivery.
• Coordinate vendors, application, infrastructure, and business teams.
• Lead requirements gathering, UAT, implementation, and project reporting.
• Review technical and project deliverables.
• Understand system architecture, APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Manage SLAs, project risks, security issues, and vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, quality, and security standards.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of technology/ICT project management experience.
• Experience managing at least 2 complete project life cycles.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of APIs, integrations, cloud, applications, and infrastructure.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Contact Centre systems, Amazon Connect, AWS, APIs, and system integrations.
• Singapore Government project experience.
• PMP, ITIL, PRINCE2, or similar certification
