About the Role
The Research Manager supports executive search assignments by identifying high-calibre talent, developing market intelligence, and engaging prospective candidates. Working closely with consultants, you will help build strong talent pipelines and deliver a professional, discreet experience for clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Research industries, companies, leadership teams, and talent trends.
Identify suitable candidates through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other sources.
Build market maps, target lists, and candidate pipelines for search assignments.
Approach prospective candidates and introduce relevant career opportunities.
Conduct initial screening conversations and prepare concise candidate profiles.
Maintain accurate records and provide timely assignment updates.
Support consultants with longlists, shortlists, client reports, and business development research.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Candidate Profile
Diploma or degree in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
Strong research, analytical, and written communication skills.
Curious about industries, organisations, and people’s careers.
Organised, process-oriented, and attentive to detail.
Confident and engaging when communicating with professionals.
Resilient, proactive, and able to manage deadlines.
Experience in recruitment, research, engineering, or product roles is advantageous.
