About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Compliance & Sustainability Coordinator to work with management for product and supplier compliance, and sustainability initiatives across our supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, review and maintain product test reports, certificates, and technical documents.

• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain and maintain compliance documents.

• Communicate with customers about our supply chain sustainability policies.

• Prepare, validate, and organize environmental and sustainability data.

• Support carbon footprint calculations, ESG reporting, and customer sustainability questionnaires.

• Assist in developing and updating internal policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Quality Management, Business, or a related discipline.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to review technical documents and manage multiple priorities.

• Self-motivated and proactive.

• Preferred: Experience in compliance, quality assurance, sustainability, ESG, manufacturing, packaging, or regulatory affairs.

• Preferred: Familiarity with food contact materials test requirements, and ESG reporting.
