Job Summary

You will lead website maintenance and enhancement projects for MPA, managing requirements, schedules, testing, and stakeholder coordination to ensure secure, high-quality web services that meet operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as MPA’s primary contact for website maintenance and enhancement to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
• Lead requirements elicitation and analysis to produce clear functional specifications and actionable implementation plans
• Plan and manage project schedules, resources, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and maintenance activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure web services comply with defined availability, performance, security, and quality standards
• Manage testing activities including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), securing necessary approvals before deployment
• Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate smooth operational support and promptly address issues and queries
• Collaborate with Full Stack Engineers to resolve security-related queries and incidents, ensuring compliance with relevant policies
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including change management records, progress reports, issue logs, and handover materials

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience managing website maintenance and enhancement projects within a Government environment, including requirements gathering, project planning, release coordination, issue management, and stakeholder/vendor liaison
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS), website content governance, release management, and enhancement planning
• Experience managing websites on Directus or Optical platforms is an added advantage
