Responsibilities
- Set up and stock the preparation station and kitchen to ensure smooth meal preparation
- Deliver food in a timely manner while ensuring consistency and high quality
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and coordinate food preparation activities for smooth workflow
- Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking techniques
Manage proper storage, handling, and rotation of food ingredients to maintain freshness - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment, workstations, and food preparation areas
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene protocols, and workplace safety requirements
