Responsibilities
Vacancy: 1
Working Hours:
5-day work week
12-hour shift
10:00am to 10:00pm
Salary: Gross salary of S$2,700 – S$3,200 per month, which includes:
Basic Salary
Overtime Pay
Incentives

Attendance / punctuality incentive
Emergency cover shift incentive
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily minimart operations
Supervise and manage retail staff during shift
Perform cashiering and ensure accurate cash handling
Monitor stock levels and handle stock ordering
Receive, check, and restock goods
Ensure shelves are neat and products are properly displayed
Handle costing and basic pricing / margin checks
Manage Ninja / Shopee collection point operations
Pick, pack, and prepare Panda Mart, GrabMart, and Shopee orders
Attend to customer enquiries and handle customer complaints professionally
Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping
Monitor product expiry dates and low stock items
Support store opening and closing duties
Requirements:
No experience required; training provided
Retail or supervisory experience is an advantage
Able to commit long-term
Physically fit and able to handle heavy items
Responsible, customer-oriented, and able to work independently
Bilingual preferred
No foreign quota
