Job Responsibility
- Attend to walk-in customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, sales orders and follow-ups.
- Explain product details, pricing and promotions clearly to customers.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships to generate sales and repeat business.
- Develop good knowledge of tiles, product specifications and applications.
- Work towards individual and branch sales targets.
- Assist with daily showroom and branch operations.
- Take initiative in daily tasks and work closely with the team to ensure smooth branch operations.
- Minimum qualification: Certificate, STPM, Diploma or above.
- Preferably Johor Bahru based or residing within the surrounding area.
- Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
- Experience in sales, retail or customer service is preferred.
- Knowledge or experience in tiles, building materials or related industries is an added advantage.
- Able to communicate with customers in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Proactive, responsible and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Candidates with leadership experience or potential to take on greater responsibilities are encouraged to apply.
- Fresh graduates interested in building a career in retail showroom sales are encouraged to apply.
