We're looking for a Retail Associate who loves people and good shoes.

What You'll Do

• Greet and engage every customer, share product knowledge and help them find the right pair
• Drive sales and hit store targets through upselling and good service
• Handle cashiering, exchanges and returns accurately on our POS system
• Process online orders from our ecommerce channels, including picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch
• Manage exchange requests for online and in store orders, from checking stock and product condition to updating records and following up with customers
• Keep the store clean, well stocked and visually merchandised to brand standards
• Assist with stock receiving, replenishment and stock takes
• Support in store promotions, events and sale periods

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, confident and proactive on the shop floor
• Prior retail or customer service experience necessary
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Team player who takes pride in a well run store
• Interest in fashion, footwear or lifestyle brands is a plus
• Available to start immediately
• To commit permanently to the team, 44 hours a week

Pay: $1,600.00 - $2,600.00 per month
