We’re Hiring: Monitoring Analyst

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Salary: RM3,500

Contract: 12 Months, renewable

1 years of experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, or Zabbix.

Requirements:

• Malaysia candidates
• 1 Years of of networking, servers, and operating systems.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts (4 days on, 4 days off).
• CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent certifications.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, and VPN.
• Experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, or Zabbix.
• Familiarity with routing, switching, VLANs, OSPF, BGP, or MPLS.
• Basic knowledge of firewalls and network security.
• Experience in network performance monitoring and analysis.

Scope of Work

• Deliver Monitoring Operations to
• Deliver monitoring of network , various server platform and application services
• Provide monitoring and support services with respond to messages, alarms or problems identified by monitoring / management tools
• Handle Level 1 / 1.5 problem resolution
• Troubleshooting /resolution of event detected within the stipulated time, , SOP and Service Level Agreement
• Escalate issues to second level support in accordance to standard operating procedure and Service Level Agreement
• Coordinate closely with Level 2 & 3 engineers, vendors and suppliers for quicker problem resolution
• Perform Schedule routines
• Executes scheduled routines in accordance with standard procedures predefined
• Execute schedule health checks
