Job Description

Requirements

  • Malaysian citizen only.

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.

  • Diploma/Certificate in Electrical, Electronics, Automotive or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in IoT devices, vehicle wiring and electrical systems.

  • Good at multimeter and electrical/electronic diagnostic tools.

  • Knowledge in IoT devices and fleet management systems is an advantage.

  • Valid driving licence, own a four-wheel vehicle and willing to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

  • Install and integrate GPS and IoT devices, sensors and related equipment.

  • Troubleshooting and repair wiring, power supply, GPS, SIM card and communication issues.

  • Perform system testing and various service report.

  • Provide technical support to customers.

  • Assign jobs to and lead junior technicians.

  • Projects management.
