Responsibilities
Transport Management:
Coordinate daily transport operations, including route planning, delivery scheduling, and driver or carrier assignments. [1]
Warehouse Coordination:
Oversee warehouse tasks like inventory tracking, stock verification, and loading accuracy. [1, 2]
Documentation & Compliance:
Prepare, verify, and process shipping papers (such as Bills of Lading and invoices) while following customs and safety rules. [1, 2]
Issue Resolution:
Handle delivery exceptions, track delayed shipments, and solve operational problems with customers and vendors. [1]
Performance Reporting:
Generate reports on delivery times, shipping costs, and workflow performance. [1]
