Duration: 3 years fixed-term contract

Salary: Up to $4500

Job Responsibilities:

• To lead and manage a team of MSOs to support the operations of the Research Office.
• Oversee and manage the research grants administration (including RCAs), research finance, research staff hiring, and ensuring corporate governance of research projects and research integrity.
• Organise research events (research seminars/conferences/workshops), and handle research industry collaborations.
• To handle research data reporting (statistics/data required by various offices, external agencies, government organizations and P&T/contract renewals/faculty appraisals).

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors Degree with at least 5 years' experience in research administration / graduate program management in a tertiary education institution
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience leading a dynamic administration team
• Financial accounting knowledge preferred
