Identidad is a global telecom group founded in Miami in 2001, moving billions of voice minutes and SMS messages a year across markets most providers only reach through intermediaries. We own our infrastructure, including switching and fraud-prevention technology through SwitchRay, and our SMS Commercial team is scaling Identidad’s A2P messaging business worldwide.

We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to own and grow our portfolio of OTT and messaging-platform accounts, currently concentrated in Asia. You’ll be the face of Identidad to tech-driven buyers who care about conversion rates, routing quality and cost, and you’ll turn that data into commercial conversations that grow traffic and margin.

What you’ll do

• Own and grow A2P traffic across our OTT and messaging-platform portfolio
• Build commercial strategies tailored to how OTTs and CPaaS platforms actually buy (cost/CR-driven, verification and OTP traffic)
• Spot new opportunities through market and competitive analysis in Asia
• Protect margins while meeting monthly and quarterly targets
• Work closely with Procurement, Routing and the global Commercial team to match routing quality to client needs
• Build long-term, profitable partnerships with OTT stakeholders

What you bring

• 3+ years in the A2P SMS / messaging industry, with direct OTT, messaging-platform or CPaaS account experience
• Hands-on experience with Asian markets and accounts
• Comfort with margin, CR and routing-quality data
• A commercial, relationship-driven style and strong written and spoken English
• Mandarin, Cantonese or Bahasa Malaysia is a strong plus
