A. Access Control

• Monitor and control the entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
• Ensure all visitors and contractors register their details before entering the premises.
• Verify visitor appointments and inform the relevant department of their arrival.
• Prevent unauthorised persons from entering the company premises.

B. Security Patrol

• Conduct regular patrols around the factory buildings, warehouse, office, parking area, and surrounding premises.
• Check all doors, gates, windows, and access points to ensure they are properly secured.
• Ensure that lights, doors, and other security facilities are properly checked during patrols.
• Monitor the premises for suspicious activities, theft, trespassing, or unauthorised access.
• Ensure the company's premises are properly secured after working hours.

C. Safety and Emergency Response

• Report any fire, accident, emergency, or suspicious activity immediately to management.
• Assist in emergency situations, including evacuation, in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure emergency exits and access routes are not obstructed.
• Report any unsafe conditions, damaged facilities, water leaks, or other hazards observed during patrols.

D. Reporting and Record Keeping

• Maintain accurate records of visitors, vehicles, deliveries, and security incidents.
• Record patrol activities and report any unusual findings in the security logbook.
• Report any security breaches, lost items, or damage to company property to management.
• Prepare incident reports whenever necessary.

E. General Duties

• Maintain discipline, alertness, and professionalism while on duty.
• Ensure the security guard post and surrounding areas remain clean and orderly.
• Monitor the movement of company property and deliveries where required.
• Follow all company security policies, safety procedures, and management instructions.
• Perform other security-related duties as assigned by management.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,705.00 per month
