REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Able to handle a full set of accounts independently.
• Familiar with accounting software, especially in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SST, audit, tax, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in property, engineering, construction, or related industries is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Has experience supervising Junior Finance Executives, providing guidance, monitoring their work, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.

JOB SCOPE

• Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare management accounts, financial reports, and supporting schedules.
• Prepare SST, tax, and audit schedules, and liaise with external parties when required.
• Monitor project costing and intercompany transactions where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
• Supervise and guide Junior Finance Executives.
• Perform ad hoc tasks and assignments as assigned by the Manager.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
