We are looking for a Telemarketing Executive to contact potential and existing customers, introduce and promote XPEL and Winshield products, follow up on enquiries and arrange appointments for the Sales team.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Introduce and promote XPEL and Winshield products and services.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries and previous customer interactions.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Explain product features, benefits and available packages to customers.
• Arrange appointments for customers with the Sales team.
• Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and enquiries.
• Maintain and update customer and lead information.
• Record daily calls, follow-ups and appointment status.
• Coordinate with the Sales team on customer leads and follow-up matters.
• Assist the Sales team in converting enquiries into appointments and sales opportunities.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide accurate product information.
• Perform other sales and telemarketing-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service or sales is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills and confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Persuasive, friendly and comfortable making outbound calls.
• Good follow-up skills and able to work with sales targets.
• Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,500 per month + commission/incentive

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM
