• Oversee the safe daily operation, performance monitoring, and servicing of central chiller plants (water-cooled/air-cooled chillers), cooling towers, and chilled water pumps.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), and Air Distribution Units (ADUs).
• Adjust VSD (Variable Speed Drive) frequency settings, monitor refrigerant levels, and optimize cooling efficiency.
• Coordinate emergency repairs and scheduled servicing with external contractors or internal technical teams.
• Adhere strictly to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) guidelines and hazard identification protocols on site.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Qualifications: Valid Chargeman A0 Certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission of Malaysia).
• Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or manufacturing plant operations, with a strong focus on HVAC/chiller systems.
• Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of low-voltage electrical schematics, air-conditioning mechanics, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Soft Skills: Proactive problem-solver, independent worker.

Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
