Position: DIY Retail Assistant & Social Media Coordinator

Location: United Square Shopping Mall, #02-16, Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Basic Salary: S$2,600 per month + Performance Bonus & Sales Commission
About Us
YueYueTao DIY is a creative DIY retail store offering a wide range of hands-on craft activities and products for children, teenagers, and adults.
We are looking for a friendly, creative, and responsible individual who enjoys interacting with customers, has a passion for DIY crafts, and is confident in creating engaging social media content.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers with DIY activities and product selections.
Guide children and adults through various DIY craft experiences.
Manage daily store operations, including cleanliness, product displays, stock replenishment, and inventory checks.
Create DIY samples and attractive product displays.
Take photos and produce engaging short videos featuring DIY activities, products, and store events.
Manage and update social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (RED).
Respond to customer enquiries through social media and messaging platforms.
Assist with promotional campaigns, marketing activities, and special events.
Perform other store-related duties as required.
Job Requirements
Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with good communication skills.
Experience in social media content creation and management.
Able to take photos, shoot videos, and perform basic video editing.
Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (RED).
Creative, patient, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Enjoys DIY crafts and working with children and families.
Good hands-on skills and willingness to learn new DIY techniques.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous retail, customer service, or DIY-related experience is an advantage.
Working Hours
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
6 working days per week
1 weekday off
