Zerin Properties Corporate Valuers Sdn. Bhd. is searching for talented and driven individuals to join our expanding team as Senior Valuation Executive. The firm provides valuation & advisory services to a multitude of clients which include public-listed & private companies, REITS, property developers, multi-national companies and institutional investors.

Job Description

• Perform valuation & advisory assignments throughout Malaysia
• Provide valuation & advisory services for statutory and non-statutory valuations
• Produce clear, concise and reliable Valuation Reports
• Conduct market research analysis and market study on various property sectors
• Maintain all-sector property databases
• Handling enquiries and liaising with Clients
• Marketing valuation & advisory services

Requirements

• Experienced Probationary Valuers and graduates seeking to become Registered Valuers with minimum of 2 years’ experience
• Degree or other professional qualification in Valuation, Real Estate, Property Management and Estate Management with strong academic achievements
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and any other language
• Good report writing, presentation and IT skills
• Strong research and analytical skills including the ability to collate, interpret and effectively communicate property market analysis and economic data
• Critical thinking skills that can convert data into meaningful relationships and information to drive quality decision making
• Able to work independently
• Possess valid driving license and willing to travel extensively for assignments
