Mid-level Engineers
Senior Engineers / Technical Leads
Trading Operations Professionals
In addition to the previously identified quantitative researcher roles, the client highlighted the following priority positions to support the development of its Asia technology and management teams:
Mid-level Engineers
- Skills: Proficient in C++; experienced in low-latency system development; familiar with market data feed handlers, trading systems, exchange connectivity, and API development.
- Background: Must have hands-on experience working in relevant teams.
Senior Engineers / Technical Leads
- Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience, with the ability to build an Asia trading stack from the ground up.
- Role: Responsible for overall system architecture and technical leadership.
Trading Operations Professionals
- Target profiles: Traders or quantitative developers from leading high-frequency trading firms, such as Optiver, DRW, Citadel Securities, IMC, and Jump Trading.
- Core value: Deep understanding of local market nuances and exchange rules.
